We are a fully legal entity registered under the Companies Registration Act of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. We are engaged in the business of education, training, consultancy and assessment. This certificate is awarded only to citizens who have performed and are already performing important services nationally and internationally. Special attention is paid to those who hold positions and responsibilities such as security forces, voluntary organizations, priests, peace judges, etc. The certificate of appreciation consists of English, Sinhala, and Tamil languages. The goal of the program is to nationally evaluate and educate the current society about those who have done social welfare, strengthening community organizations, appreciation, gratitude, and silent service in the society. The aim of the program is to encourage and respect them and introduce the current youth community to those who make sacrifices for social welfare.
The certificate is recognized nationally and internationally. There is no charge for the certificate. The fact that you will be awarded this certificate of appreciation will be published on the website of “Internationala BDCE Institute” www.ibdceis.com and a service fee will be charged for it. This will be a very small amount compared to the program we are conducting and its objective. Our hope is to evaluate adults and important professionals and introduce them to new social media. Validity of the certificate This certificate is issued by a government registered business organization with responsibility and without financial motive and the names of the relevant certificate recipients will be published on our website. The certificate of the certificate recipient will be registered in a way that anyone can check.
