The first-ever Artificial Intelligence training program for government officers in Sri Lanka was held yesterday in Anuradhapura. Officials from provincial government institutions affiliated with the Provincial Management Development and Training Institute of the North Central Provincial Council participated in this event. The objective of the program was to encourage government officials to enhance public service efficiency, adopt new digital technologies, minimize the gap between public officers and citizens, and establish an effective technological service system. The program was organized by Mr. Nandana Galabada, former Deputy Chief Secretary of the North Central Provincial Council. It was conducted by media personality RBG Menikdiwala.
